Our treated timber is put into our own onsite high-pressure treatment tank to ensure that our tanalised timber is prepared to fight infestation, rot and the elements. The treatment process: Unique
The pressure treatment process begins with untreated timber being placed into our treatment tanks by our experienced team of treatment technicians.

Once the timber is inside the treatment tank, the door is closed and sealed, then a computerized process control system starts the pressure treatment process.

Step 1: A vacuum pump must first remove the air from the treatment tank.
Step 2: The treatment solution is then transferred from the storage tank to the treatment tank. Treatment solution usually consists of water and preservatives that are designed to help protect wood from fungal decay and termite attack. Treatments used in the timber industry have evolved over time to become kinder to the environment.

Step 3: Once the treatment solution has completely filled the tank, the next step is to pressurize the tank by using a pressure pump. The increases pressure in the tank forces the treatment solution deep into the timber. Shandong Unique International Trade Co.,Ltd
