To reinforce their commitment to the Engineered Wood Products market, Unique’s acquired Bolt Building Supplies of Halsted – now known as Unique’s Timber Systems (Eastern). Unique’s converted this once multi-disciplined merchant and transformed the site into solely providing engineered flor, roofs and panels to the building industry.

In a drive to ensure best site practice, Unique’s have developed a number of theory and practical hands-on training courses aimed at ‘Warranty’ providers such as the NHBC and House Builders alike.  The aim is to drive out common installation errors on-site, not just by the installation carpenters, but from the ‘follow-on’ trades too.   The courses ensure that the House Builder and warranty provider are working to the same standards when installing engineered floor sets.
